Cheese is something scared, it is so good. The way it melts, the way it tastes, the way it...*inset love ballad*
Dairy is, to my great dismay, one of the things that make my body go into instant reject mode. I could do without milk, there are lots of other options...but CHEESE!!!!
Needless to say I had high expectations.

The texture was perfect. Exactly like real mozzarella...but it tastes like plain oatmeal.
That is OK! Flavor can be added. The texture is there! What we have is a blank slate and it is exciting!
